About Justin Setchell
Justin Setchell is currently a Sr Director of Supply Chain at Honeywell Aerospace. Prior to that he held the position of Director of New Product Sourcing for Electronic Solutions at Honeywell. He is the former Director of Supply Chain for Logistics, Asset Control, Import/Export, and Supply Business Partnering at General Dynamics. During his 8 years at Raytheon he held several Supply Chain leadership roles including Supply Chain Site Lead and he graduated from the Raytheon Supply Chain Leadership Development Program Class of 2007. In his last role there, he had accountability for a 35 person team in the programmatic execution of Material Management, Subcontract Management, Procurement, Production Control, and all aspects of Logistics (Kitting, Stores, Inventory Control, Shipping/Receiving). As the Supply Chain Lead for the center, he led diverse teams responsible for source selection, mentor-protegee, supplier diversity, and supplier management. Justin is a qualified Raytheon Six Sigma Specialist and has sponsored teams that have produced game changing results. Having led 8 proposal efforts for supply chain in just 3 years, he has extensive experience in the RFP/RFI process, SOW development, CAPA\'s, and maintains a strong working knowledge of the FAR/DFAR. Justin enjoys taking advantage of the wealth of marine opportunities afforded by the area around his home in St Petersburg, FL. In addition to earning his 100 Ton Master Captain’s license granted by the United States Coast Guard, Justin is also an avid recreational scuba diver and fisherman. He is the former President of the St Pete Underwater Club and ran the largest spearfishing tournament in the world in 2019. Actively involved in the community, Justin is the former Chairman for the Seacoast NH Chapter of Ducks Unlimited, the nation’s largest nonprofit wetlands conservation organization.
