About Justin san Antonio
I build partner ecosystems that turn complex technology into something enterprises can actually adopt and scale. At Mastercard, I lead global partnerships for Mastercard Move, managing strategic alliances with systems integrators and fintech platforms including SAP Fioneer, Infosys Finacle, Ericsson, Temenos, Finastra, Backbase, and Oracle. I built the partner program architecture from scratch, designing the frameworks, enablement programs, and commercial models that power real-time, domestic, and cross-border payment solutions for financial institutions worldwide. Before Mastercard, I spent two years at American Express across financial strategy and new product launches, which gave me a strong foundation in how large financial institutions evaluate and adopt new products.I\'m drawn to the challenge of getting transformative platforms into the hands of organizations that need them most. Right now that means AI, and I\'m focused on how the partner ecosystem around it gets built, who carries it, how they\'re enabled, and what governance sits underneath.Cornell University, B.S.
