With an MBA from John Carroll University (Go Streaks!), I focus on building scalable processes and high-performing teams.At PagerDuty, I helped establish our deal desk function in Chile and now lead our Global Deal Desk team across the US, Chile, and Portugal. We partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Order Management to close complex deals while keeping customers at the center. I\'m a big believer in AI, and am currently using several generative AI tools to assist in contract reviews, customer communications, and performance analytics, constantly looking for new ways to reduce manual efforts.I know my way around Salesforce CPQ, SpringCM, IronClad, DocuSign, and Clari.
