I believe the future of insurance operations will be built at the intersection of people, automation, and intelligent systems.I have always been wired to build, compete, and improve systems. That mindset started in sports and continues to shape how I approach product leadership today. Outside of work I am a runner, cyclist, and endurance athlete. Training for races reinforces the same principles that drive great teams and products: discipline, consistency, and continuous improvement.Professionally, I lead product initiatives focused on AI enabled insurance operations at ReSource Pro. My work sits at the intersection of product strategy, automation, and operational delivery, building technology enabled solutions that combine software, automation, and global service teams to transform how insurance organizations operate.A core belief that guides my work is simple: focus on delivering outcomes, not niche technology tools that solve narrow problems. The most impactful solutions combine product thinking, automation, and operational expertise to create meaningful results for clients.I am particularly interested in how agentic workflows and multi agent systems will reshape operational work. The opportunity is not just to automate tasks, but to rethink how entire operational systems function and how technology can augment human teams.Beyond product strategy, I care deeply about people and leadership. I am a husband, a dad, a teammate, and a coach to the people around me.
