About Justin Priddle
I’ve spent my career in business banking focused on one thing — building strong, lasting relationships.Whether working with clients, developing teams, or partnering across an organization, I believe trust and consistency are what drive real results over time.Today, I lead Business Banking at Broadview Federal Credit Union, supporting growth across a 60+-branch network. My role centers on developing people, strengthening client relationships, and helping the organization continue to evolve in a way that serves both our members and our communities.Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to take on leadership roles that allowed me to mentor teams, expand business portfolios, and contribute to meaningful organizational change — including playing a key leadership role in two online commercial banking conversions in 2024 and 2025, including a large-scale post-merger integration.Earlier in my career, I participated in a relationship-based banking program that integrated business, personal, and advisory services into a more proactive client experience — an approach that continues to shape how I think about client engagement today.I’ve also stayed closely connected to the communities we serve. As Former Board Chair of Northern Rivers Family of Services, I helped guide one of New York’s largest human services organizations — an experience that continues to shape how I approach leadership and service.More recently, I’ve developed a strong interest in how emerging technologies — including AI — can support better decision-making, improve client experiences, and help teams operate more effectively, while keeping the human side of banking at the center. At the end of the day, I believe banking is still a relationship business — and the strongest outcomes come from trust, consistency, and doing right by the people you serve.Community Activity: Former Board Chair, Northern Rivers Family of Services — Led governance and strategic initiatives for one of New York’s largest human services organizations.Albany Business Review 40 Under 40 Honoree (2018)Participant, American Heart Association Men Go Red Campaign (2024)Executive Challenge Committee Member, Leukemia & Lymphoma SocietyGraduate, Leadership Tech Valley (2014) — Capital Region Chamber of CommerceYoung Professionals Committee Chair 2014- Capital Region Chamber Board Member 2009-15 - The Stakeholders
