Vocational & Adult Services specializes in providing targeted interventions that maximize independence in vocational and functional living areas for individuals with disabilities. A paramount goal for our enrollees is competitive integrated employment, which means (a) full-time or part-time work that is (b) fully integrated with coworkers who are not disabled and (c) compensated with wages and benefits similar to individuals who perform the same work (viz, Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, 2014). We provide a positive environment, evidence-based instructional methods, and curricula that consistently achieves outstanding results. We are a qualified vendor of San Diego Regional Center allowing us to enroll individuals who are receiving services from the Regional Center, and we also enroll individuals who are supported privately.
