About Justin Pavoni

I am a father, homesteader, college lacrosse coach for the Virginia Tech men\'s lacrosse team (MCLA), and youth soccer and lacrosse coach for Virginia United Soccer Club, 460 Lacrosse Club, and New River Valley Lacrosse Club. My wife and I run a 300 acre permaculture homestead in the Virginia mountains with our five beautiful children. I also work in project management for a commercial general contractor based out of Roanoke Virginia, Branch Builds. Professionally I have had an interesting life with lots of different experiences doing all sorts of stuff. Spent a decade or so as an Air Force instructor and evaluator pilot flying F-15E fighter jets. Did a few tours in Afghanistan before realizing the racket and left big blue to start kicking around a few entrepreneurial ventures. Had some success building residential homes out in the Bay Area of California before moving out to Appalachia. Lots of experience in operations and construction project management (currently do that while I\'m not chasing the cows out of the garden). Most of my energy goes into my children. Easily the best thing I have done with my life. For the future I\'m getting interested in full-time coaching positions for lacrosse (college) and soccer (high school). Would love to find a gig coaching lax full-time at the college level or potentially coaching both soccer and lax at the high school level. Happy to be alive and to be so blessed with a wonderful wife and family. FAA Certified flight instructor with the following ratings: CFII, CFI, MEI, ATP, Single and Multi-Engine Commercial Land.
