I lead Burgess & Niple’s MEP Engineering Group with a focus on building enduring partnerships, delivering under pressure, and guiding clients through complex challenges with clarity and precision.Our work centers on replacing aging mechanical and electrical infrastructure in active, high-stakes environments: occupied campuses, critical research and manufacturing facilities, data centers, and institutions that simply cannot afford disruption. We operate where system reliability, future readiness, and lowest total cost of ownership must align, and we do so while ensuring the client experience is second to none.Our teams across Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic - from Norfolk and Richmond to Roanoke and DC/MD - approach every project with a sense of responsibility, urgency, and pride.
