I grew up in a small town in western Kansas, where my parents taught me that real understanding starts with listening. That lesson has shaped every step of my career, from managing band tours and producing viral comedy to leading digital transformation in finance and tech. No matter the industry, my work has always centered on one thing: translating complexity into clarity so people can make smarter decisions. Today, I specialize in bridging the gap between technology, business, and human experience. I help organizations turn highly technical concepts, AI strategy, and customer journeys into actionable, digestible insights that drive results. I make sure AI is used where it actually makes sense, that technology serves people, not the other way around, and that big ideas become real, working solutions. At Dyson, I optimize workplace technology for 15,500+ employees, cutting costs by $173K in 2024 and transforming service desk satisfaction from an NPS of 4 to 9.5 in just six months. At William Blair, I led major IT initiatives - moving global HQs, managing multimillion-dollar budgets, and launching digital tools that streamlined business operations. Whether it’s improving customer experience, leading AI adoption, or aligning IT with business strategy, I bring together the right people, ask the right questions, and get things done.
