   Since I founded the company in my responsibilities have included:• Setting the overall vision and direction for the company including sales & marketing strategy, cash-flow & financial management, and human resources.• Developing new business (sales) and managing customer accounts, including initially setting and executing their branding and marketing strategies.• Establishing HR policies and procedures (employee benefit plan, profit sharing, etc.), hiring, and employee reviews (we created our own review system).• Overseeing all agency creative (graphic design) and being the chief software architect on our proprietary website content management system, Backstage.• Developing new products, including 3 new smartphone and tablet-based apps.• Starting three internship tracks in graphic design and business and mentoring 13 interns through our programs (2007-present). I oversee the interns and am involved, along with others, in mentoring and teaching them the skills they need to be effective graphic designers and Christian business leaders.
