Justin Moore is Chief of Staff to the CEO at FactSet (NYSE, NASDAQ: FDS), an S&P 500 financial technology, data and software company. In this role, he collaborates with FactSet’s Executive Leadership Team and drives cross-functional strategic initiatives in areas including Board of Directors reporting, external engagement (with clients, partners and investors), organizational goals and metrics, internal communications, and talent and culture. He is also an ex officio member of the firm’s Operating Committee.After earning his BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, Justin started at FactSet in 2014 and spent several years in Client Solutions, managing service, support and success teams covering some of the firm’s largest client relationships. He then did a stint in Business Operations (budget/P&L management, workforce planning, product and sales ops, data analysis, KPIs and reporting, etc.) for what is now the Dealmakers & Wealth business line before becoming Deputy Chief of Staff in 2022, followed by Chief of Staff in 2023.
