ABOUT JUSTIN MEDINA

CIPD in HR certified I want to further push myself towards a more professional platform and look to create a career for the benefit of others; to create a culture where employees feel accepted, to inspire, engage and empower those around me to develop professionally.Being humble and creative are one of my key traits. Everything I do from tasks to decision making has a reason. By making others as comfortable and tasks as straightforward as possible it relieves any stress or hurdles that may arise. Being creative is one of the key factors in self recognition. Our imagination can run wild if you let it; but only when we put it to practice, can we truly appreciate it\'s greatness. Skills that are most potent and noticeable, are my communication skills and team work. Communication is one of the most pinnacle factors in building strong relationships both professionally and personally. It is the make-up to keeping people you meet happy and comfortable around you. How we talk and act are key to maintaing good rapports with people, I believe that every stranger we may possibly meet can become someone very close. Being in retail for so many years has allowed me to understand the fast paced environment and has given my skills of customer service to flourish into a great strength. My mind is young and constantly moulding to create a path for me in the future, both professionally and personal. Being a member of Apple inc, I have understood and learnt not to take everything at face value. We all learn at a different pace, it\'s what makes us different. Persistence is key to moving up and mastering our goals.‘Failure is a step towards success’
