About Justin McCuen

I am a sixth year associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in their Communications and Media practice group where I work on an array of communications issues including cable and spectrum policy, broadband deployment and connectivity, and state level communications proceedings. I started my legal career in the Attorney Honors Program at the Federal Communications Commission working in the Mobility Division of the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau. I\'ve worked on wireless licensing matters including auctions and secondary market transactions and other communications matters like open RAN technology, aviation safety, amateur radio service, and the citizens broadbands radio service. I graduated from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and the John Glenn College of Public Affairs in May of 2020 where I received my JD and MA in Public Policy.
