I\'ve had the honor and pleasure to serve with some of the most dedicated, passionate, and talented people for the last 20 years while serving in the military. During that, I have selected and managed large multi-award contracts, developed associated programs, conducted talent management, and led small high-performing teams in environments ranging from highly kinetic to nuanced and politically delicate, taking into account the sensitivities that can arise between multiple organizations.Having recently transitioned from the military, I look to use the skills developed to help passionate companies succeed and aid fellow Veterans and service members.
