   Structure, underwrite, and approve credit extensions within the corporate and investment bank. Credit expertise extends to upstream (unsecured and RBL), midstream, downstream, wind/solar, energy transition, independent power producers, regulated utilities, general diversified, distressed credits, private equity subscription-based and NAV-based lending, and leveraged finance. Able to unilaterally approve several hundred million dollars in credit extensions- Negotiate and execute binding legal documents on behalf of the firm including: corporate and sponsor credit agreements, ISDAs, NAESBs, guarantees, evergreen LC agreements, receivables purchase agreements, etc- Approve balance sheet risk on underwritten debt and equity capital markets transactions contemplated by investment banking partners- Approve and monitor credit and tail risk for OTC trading as well as futures and options clearing activity. Work closely with sales and trading partners to manage counterparty risk. Markets expertise is focused primarily on commodities (crude, nat gas, NGLs)- Run small teams related to above activities. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to shape and accelerate their development. Work strongly to promote a team culture of excellence, mutual respect, and professional courtesy.
