I bring a unique blend of 13 years in product management in technology and Marriage and Family Therapist (since 2021)—two paths grounded in understanding people and navigating complexity.As a Licensed MFT in California and Nevada, I work with individuals, couples, and families facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, and relationship challenges. My specialties include challenges unique to the LGBTQ+ community, religious/spiritual trauma, young adults, and Asian Americans.My approach is warm, relational, and insight-oriented, integrating EMDR, attachment-based, psychodynamic, and somatic/experiential therapies to help clients experience greater self-awareness and meaningful, lasting change.I’m also pursuing adjunct professor teaching opportunities in a Master\'s-level MFT program, where I aim to help emerging clinicians bridge theory and practice through experiential, engaging learning.At the core of my work is a simple goal: helping people experience connection, gain clarity and insight, and feel more satisfied.
