ABOUT JUSTIN MASSAR
As an innovator, builder, coach, and former high-performance athlete, I approach every situation life has thrown at me as a potential opportunity for the next great chapter. After retiring from the track, I launched a small personal training service and grew it into the Fitness Foundation. A private training studio with 50+ members in less than one year. I was able to accomplish this through a variety of free running programs and social engagements to creating a supportive community of members in the pursuit of performance and health. Fitness Foundation lead me to pursue a Masters in Management Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Smith School of Business, where I discovered and fell in love with the startup world! Whether I am making sawdust in my shop, designing a website on my laptop, or developing new business processes on a whiteboard, I am passionate about solving problems and building solutions to make life more enjoyable!
