I believe in continuous self improvement. I am never satisfied with my current state and constantly try to expand my knowledge and skill set. In each position I\'ve held, I quickly understood there was much more to learn. My approach to every situation I face is to use the knowledge I have as a foundation, and seek additional methods by which I can improve. I have considerable experience, but there is always more I can learn. While my undergraduate degrees helped get me into a profession I love, I\'ve discovered more about myself and recognize I still have room to grow. My MBA gives a greater foundation and new ways of thinking to approach problem solving.
