I love solving problems affecting people and their behavior by conducting root cause analyses, delivering results with hands-on experience, and enhancing relationships. My passion for human behavior compelled me to move to Las Vegas where I engaged with diverse communities while studying hospitality management and leadership psychology. Upon graduating from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, I had the privilege of working in a management development program where I and 27 other college graduates were selected out of 1200 candidates.I am a hospitality professional with 4 years of combined experience in managing people & processes. I have assimilated a breadth of knowledge through restaurants, lodging, and events. My intellectual curiosity continues to drive me forward, enabling me to persevere through difficult economic conditions and, subsequently, attain the aPHR and Google Project Management career certificates.Drawing from relationships and data, I can effectively determine the best action to deliver business solutions and maximize return. My experiences at MGM Resorts International and Amazon have allowed me to capitalize on these strengths, enabling talent development, cultivating collaborative teams, and more lucrative operations.
