Springside Chestnut Hill Academy Size SF Location Philadelphia, PA Completion Aug. 2019 The latest phase of the master plan for the combined Springside Chestnut Hill Academy includes the construction of a new SF Lower School. The new building will serve kindergarten thru 4th grade students, and feature a servery and dining hall, gym/ multi-purpose room, library/ learning center, science, music and art classrooms, and other specialty teaching areas. The structural steel building is clad in a mix of stone veneer, fiber cement rainscreen panels, and glazing. Disconnection and demolition of the existing Lower School will make way for a new expanded School entrance and bus drop-off area, and reconfigured parking.
