From decommissioning Cold War chemical weapons to reimagining iconic Disney attractions, Justin is a dynamic project leader with a knack for developing and executing complex projects. Justin’s diverse background allows him to focus on building cross-functional teams and one-of-a-kind facilities from the ground-up.Prior to co-founding Studio Archer, Justin led design and development of National Geographic Society’s (via JLL) ambitious and transformative Basecamp (a resort and boutique hotel for explorers five blocks from the White House in the Historic Core of Washington, D.C.). Justin’s background also includes spearheading Design Management and Project Engineering of Walt Disney’s EPCOT Theme Park and Resort at Walt Disney Imagineering; environmental cleanup of nuclear waste, and decommissioning Cold War chemical weapons - both with Bechtel. Justin holds a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Idaho and a Masters of Business Administration with a focus in International Business from Washington State University.
