   Increased staffing stability through recruitment and retention efforts within the department. Including creation of a Residential Program Manager position to coordinate day to day functions of our residential services- Integrated Outpatient and Inpatient services and created an Assistant Director of Outpatient Services to provide oversight of PHP/IOP, while still offering support to the inpatient Social Services Team- Increased documentation completion rates for the entire department- Increased group fidelity to over 90% within the department- Successfully completed a triennial Joint Commission Survey with no Conditional level findings- Direct and coordinate the integration of social services function in patient care- Provide supervision of Social Services, Recreation Therapy, and Outpatient Services staff, including interns and graduate students- Set standards of clinical care for the facility- Invovled with direct care as necessary to assist in completing assessments, formulating treatment plans, and establishing discharge plans- Supervise and direct communication and involvement with referral sources, community service agencies, businesses, employers, school, and healthcare organizations- Ensures compliance for quality patient care and compliance with Joint Commission standards, CMS, Arkansas Department of Health and all other regulatory standards- Participates in business development within the community and local media as needed.
