   This promotion has allowed me to continue working alongside my peers and having more impact at the organization. We have progressed to developing and rolling out a system of automated testing, analysis, reporting and release validation gating that is being implemented elsewhere in the organization. Highlights include-Alongside team members, pioneered and implemented solutions for automated testing and results analysis with pass/fail gates, reporting connection, observability and team notifications. How we did it: We utilized the K6 testing tool alongside integration with AzureDevOps for reporting/record keeping, Dynatrace for observability and automated analysis and MS Teams for team notifications. This multi-faceted approach allows us to focus on the important testing and get results to management much quicker with the tools we already have in place-Mentored teams on integrating current testing flows into the framework and reducing manual tasks-Contributing member of observability tool (Dynatrace) implementation team for company rollout-Consistently mentored and pushed teammates to utilized observability tools to our fullest extent-Performance root-cause analysis initiatives removing performance bottlenecks-Led performance testing initiatives for multiple new high priority product flows with direct customer interaction including new Kubernetes based products-Advised company on performance architecture of Kubernetes products being launched for the first time.
