Justin serves as Executive Director for Career Exploration & Development at Kent State University and over 15 years of experience in the fields of career counseling, academic advising, career exploration and development, as well as staff development and leadership. Justin\'s doctoral research focused on the effective integration of career development conversations within academic advising appointments. Gardner Institutional Excellence for Students in Transition Award (2023) for CED’s Career Navigation course• Developed and received curriculum approval for a course called Career Confirmation; a 1-credit hour career decision making course, focused on identify, lifelong learning, and professional goal setting
