ABOUT JUSTIN HARLAN
Growing up on a ranch I always admired leaders who “go where there is no trail and leave a path” for others to follow, the trailblazers and pioneers. For me, the concept of trailblazing is at the foundation of UX Design. As a UX Designer, I strive to empathize with where the user needs to go and then create a path that allows them to easily and intuitively arrive at their desired destination. My journey to becoming a designer started with a life-long love of art and continued through the achievement of a BA in Graphic Design, where I learned the value of functional aesthetics. As I progressed through my career in B2B Account Management, I became skilled at creating win-win solutions for multiple stakeholders by identifying and communicating standard operating procedures to optimize guest flow and deliver service excellence. When faced with the challenge brought about by current economic conditions, I decided to blaze a new trail for myself and began a course in User Experience Design. In UX Design, I found the vocation that fully utilizes my exceptional attention to detail, my drive to create efficient and valuable experiences, and my highly developed visual aesthetic.
