About Justin Eddy
I counsel developers, investors, public and private companies, municipalities, townships, and individuals in matters involving property acquisition and assembly, financing, development, financing,zoning and entitlements, divestiture, ownership and management, and real estate joint ventures. I have extensive experience assisting clients with development incentives and building their capital stack through creative financing vehicles, including public grants, TIFs, tax abatements, Brownfield programs, tax credits, and public-private partnerships. I\'ve advocated on behalf of developers before municipal, township, and county boards of zoning appeals, planning commissions, and city councils. I also have experience with issues involving environmental diligence and compliance, conservation easements, and title and survey matters and leasing, as well as real estate litigation experience in receivership matters, land use, and eminent domain.Away from work, I enjoy many non-traditional outdoor activities – including wakeboarding and snowboarding – and spending time with my family. My wife Jillian and I live in Hudson, Ohio, with our three children, Jake, Nick, and Elle.
