I grew up between Singapore, Hong Kong, and the U.S. — three worlds where service, skyscrapers, and stories defined how cities welcomed the world.After graduating from Cornell Hotel School, I spent the last decade scaling hospitality startups in New York and LA — Domio, AvantStay, and Rove Travel. I’ve been on the ground floor of building companies that redefined how people live and travel — leading market expansions, launching hundreds of properties, driving cross-functional operations, integrating acquisitions, and helping grow portfolios worth hundreds of millions. My work has spanned real estate strategy, design and procurement, M&A integration, guest experience, and digital growth — giving me a holistic view of hospitality as both a business and a craft.Now back in Asia — the world’s hospitality mecca, with Hong Kong as its beating heart — I split my work across three fronts: The Curious Concierge — podcast & newsletter spotlighting the visionaries shaping Asian hospitality.
