During my time at ProMedTek, I was fortunate enough to essentially develop the IT infrastructure from the ground up, by- Migrating the Office 365 instance to be hosted directly by Microsoft - Developing out the Azure AD instance, device management policies, and SSO policies - Implementing a RMM solution to remotely administer, track, and secure devices - Redeveloping the entire Salesforce instance while ensuring new user profiles and roles directly align with job responsibilities and minimum data-access levels required, and implementing further applications integrations to bring efficiencies to the organization - Developing on-/off-boarding policies and procedures for the organization to follow for all direct employees and 1099s - Implementing a ticketing system and knowledge base to track project and issue resolutions - Leveraging automation to alleviate repetitive tasks, keep individuals involved about key events, and send weekly/monthly bulk emails, originally taking about 10 workdays of effort a month - Implementing a LMS to digitize training content and provide on-demand learning - Upgrading the internet from a basic configuration to a managed fiber connection through our ISP with multiple access points to ensure blanket coverage throughout the office In addition, I was responsible for the data quality and reporting within the organization, collaborating with key executives and stakeholders to bring actionable data into the decision making process at the highest levels. This also meant managing the Tableau Server instance hosted on AWS, and completing various migrations and upgrades to keep the environment in optimal condition. All the while, I brought the entire organization up-to-date on HIPAA Compliance, by developing the policies and procedures for the organization, certifying all employees and contracted individuals, updating contract language and patient notifications, and implementing appropriate security measures to protect the organization.
