Total earned media impressions rose 251% over prior year- Led a refreshed ‘surround sound’ approach to consumer PR surveys with a tightened timeline to better engage news outlets. Coverage included major company highlights in The Wall Street Journal, Reuters, US News & World Report, among many others- Evangelized an emphasis on syndication to build brand awareness and adopted an “always on” media approach with a preset, media-trained roster of financial advisors leading to nearly 200 stories with a Thrivent quote.• Helped mature a reputation management leadership council with key leaders from each business division to help stay aware of current issues and proactively prepare for changing business climates.
