ABOUT JUSTIN GULINO
I have worked with NCEL for the past four legislative sessions and am currently the Conservation Associate. NCEL is a non-partisan group that works to empower state legislators in their environmental policies. Specifically, I work on issues of pollinators and pesticides, states’ endangered species, and overarching biodiversity conservation. Additionally, I am a Masters of Environmental Management full-time student at the Duke Nicholas School of the Environment. I am a part of the Environmental Economics and Policy program area, where I focus on how benefits can be delivered to both people and nature
