As the Managing Partner of Preszler Injury Lawyers LLP in Nova Scotia, I\'m fortunate to lead a team of talented lawyers in Eastern Canada under the banner of this very successful and growing, family-based law firm. The Preszler Law Firm now has a national footprint serving clients across the country from offices in Toronto, Vancouver and Halifax. I have practiced law with two large firms in Halifax and developed considerable experience representing clients who suffered various types of serious personal injuries from motor vehicle accidents, use of defective products and hazardous premises. I am committed to gaining the trust of my clients while they pursue their claims. I understand this can be a very difficult and confusing time in their lives and believe my clients should focus on their recovery while I represent their interests across the table from the insurance company and, when necessary, in court. I am a strong negotiator and advocate for my clients but always seek opportunities to build consensus and resolving disputes practically. My experience includes chronic pain and brain injury cases in the context of complex multi-party litigation and ADR proceedings, insurance coverage disputes, uninsured automobile claims, and policy limits issues. I also benefit from having acted for a number of large insurance companies over the years so I\'m attuned to their unique “defence” perspective, practices and objectives when it comes to dealing with personal injury claims. I have appeared and represented clients before various courts and tribunals, including the Nova Scotia Supreme Court, Nova Scotia Court of Appeal, the Small Claims Court and Provincial Court.
