I am at my best when the impact is greatest, whether developing and launching new compliance programs, stepping in to lead when teams are struggling, or tackling complex challenges and pursuing results. I am not reluctant to chart a new course. As a partner and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) at Weaver, I bring the intuition and leadership needed to drive meaningful results for my teams and my clients.Based in Houston, I serve within Weaver’s advisory services as a partner in our Energy Compliance Services practice, a national leader in supporting clients through the phasedown of hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), petroleum-based and renewable transportation fuels, and broader EPA and state-level emissions and fuels regulations. I co-lead Weaver’s HFC phasedown projects, working with producers, importers, exporters, and reclaimers of regulated substances along with application-specific allowance holders. I am also the team lead and supervise our practice\'s international offices and team members.What motivates me each morning is the opportunity to collaborate and interact with my team — to ask the hard questions, set clear expectations and create a path leading to success, for our people internally and for our clients.Leading the development of our practice’s international office and team has been one of the most fulfilling aspects of my career at Weaver. So too has my work engaging with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on developing a program to develop the new phasedown of hydrofluorocarbons (HFC) annual attestation requirement, an effort that has helped establish Weaver as one of the leading attestation providers of this program in the nation. Most of all, I value the journey with my team and colleagues. Being part of a team who helps those around them be better every day has been the common thread throughout every stage of my multifaceted career.
