   Engaged in Project Management activities along with serving as a facilitator and liaison between key contacts and teams within DMDC, integration/service delivery partners and internal resources within HID Global to drive solution and component delivery efforts to best support the CAC and NEATS programs and end users.* Applying agile-influenced processes to drive discussions, prioritize delivery, and maintain backlog based on customer needs while focusing on delivering/implementing solution components which provide value to the CAC and NEATS programs.* Continuing to serve as part of HID Global Professional Services as a Senior Technical Consultant supporting CAC/Alt Token program(s) at DMDC with focus on sustaining and implementing a next-generation Identity Assurance solution within DMDC.* Working to assist in the transition to next-generation products in both the test and production environments along with developing implementation plans, tools, utilities, and documentation to support the existing HID Global solutions in place at DMDC.* Working with other agencies (as requested) including GSA, NRO, NSA, and U. S.
