Most companies don\'t struggle with AI because the technology doesn\'t work. They struggle because large enterprises are messy. Fragmented data, legacy systems, org politics, change fatigue, and pilot purgatory. You have to break a lot of eggs to make a good AI omelet!As SVP of AI Strategy & Transformation at Comcast, my job is to help see what\'s coming next in AI and get our company ready to unlock value from it. Exploration, experimentation, enablement, execution, evolution, and any other buzzwords that start with \"E.\"The challenge is… no one really has this figured out yet. No perfect playbook, no simple roadmap, no clear landing spot. The tech is moving too fast. The use cases are still emerging. The capabilities are still evolving. So I spend a lot of time learning. Reading papers, testing tools, talking to researchers, founders, investors, and peers. And then spend more time asking AI to summarize it and explain that all back to me with AI generated infographics and podcasts.The good news… I love challenges like this. I spent 20+ years as a consultant, helping Fortune 100 companies figure out big, messy problems. I\'ve seen how large enterprises really work (or don\'t work). I learned how to build buy-in from stakeholders all with different goals, navigate through endless processes and policies, and make slides slides slides.AI is going to make it easier, but first we have to make it easier for AI.Let\'s cook (some AI omelets).
