I serve as a Group Vice President of SLED at Oracle, leading the largest geographically distributed organization delivering Enterprise Cloud, Data, and AI solutions to state, local, and education institutions. Over the past four years, I scaled Oracle’s SLED-West OCI business from $8.5 to $68M in IaaS/PaaS revenue by aligning executive modernization strategies, strengthening C-suite relationships, and executing complex public sector negotiations with discipline and precision.I’m an Alumni of the Harvard Business Review led Oracle NA Leadership Development Program, and recurring speaker. My leadership approach is grounded in operational rigor and scalability. I operate within the customized Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), leveraging structured Level 10 POD meetings, clear accountability charts, and measurable scorecards to drive focus and execution. I restructured our Cloud Accelerate go-to-market model—refining segmentation, pipeline discipline, and role clarity—which enabled the framework to scale and be adopted across Oracle North America.I am passionate about building winning cultures.
