   The Xbox Player Services mission is \"the pursuit of empathy to deliver gamer happiness.\" Our team includes several core functions that bring this mission to life across the Xbox ecosystem: Community and Safety, Modern Support, Data Science, User Research and Design, Operations/Reliability Engineering. We champion inclusive growth in our products, service and teams - making Xbox the home for any gamer on the planet. We pursue empathy by eliminating friction and creating delight across the end-to-end customer journey for our fans. We build products and services that facilitate deeper engagement, meaningful connections and a safe & trusted community for all. As the Chief of Staff, my role is to bring together the diverse teams within the XPS organization to achieve our greatest potential. Specifically through several strategic and operational services- Executive Communications and Planning - architect, orchestrate, and amplify the core messages that need to be delivered by our leaders - Culture, Employee Experience and Change Management - nurture a culture of diversity AND inclusion, foster human connection, identify and execute learning and career progression opportunities, and maintain a pulse of where we can continuously improve our employee experience - Rhythm of Business, strategic planning - establish and maintain rigor, agility and pace in our strategic planning process, enable swift data-driven decision making, facilitate radical transparency in our reporting process for our top objectives - Budgeting, Vendor Management and Finance Management - ensure we feasibly achieve our greatest potential and identify areas where we can achieve greater efficiency in our spend
