I have a passion for leading teams as they solution for customer outcomes using design thinking. I focus on improving Experiences by weaving people, workflows and technology outcomes into communications, propositions, services, digitisation and end to end journey re-imaginations. I find organisations to work with who have change in their DNA and are constantly improving and moving forward. My most recent experience has been working with businesses as they transform and introduce a customer orientation. My super power is the ability to establish the RIGHT things to do and then getting them DONE. Right can be for customers, for the business or just the right sequence for the best implementation leverage. I have driven implementation on time, to budget and with risks managed, leveraging \"business as usual\" teams as well as mobilised projects. I am a modern leader with experience in traditional implementation methodologies as well as agile ways of working.
