ABOUT JUSTINE WILLIAMS

I was the strategic lead for a thriving and diverse charity delivering services to the Northwest of England called Involve Northwest. The services to the public they provide are around mental health, unemployment, health related benefits and debt, domestic abuse and a community hub for people to feel safe and receive the right support. Involve delivers high quality results with a proven track record of success! They care about what they do, they provide much needed services and projects that make real differences to people, families and communities. The charity delivers single and multiple services and also coordinates a highly successful unemployment partnership for Wirral Council in conjunction with five partners across Wirral. My role was to strategically and operationally lead the organisation delivering the entrepreneurial vision for the company whilst maintaining the diverse range of services. I worked with a range of partners on a regional and national platform using the experience of the successful services and projects we deliver. Involve Northwest is about helping to support the quality of life that each person they support has, what they would like to have and their aspirations. They deliver effective, successful and person centred approached to everything. I have managed a portfolio budget of 5M with multiple funders and a diverse staff team which includes volunteers.
