ABOUT JUSTINE STEINBERGER
I am an acute care physical therapist with 9+ years of experience weaving various non-clinical responsibilities into my work day. On any given day this can include leading interdisciplinary teams and committees, heading clinical education, training and onboarding initiatives, participating in process improvement, QI and operations projects and contributing to data analysis, research and technology implementation. Outside of the work day, I am proud to have created and developed professional development groups and statewide mentorship programs for both the states of Massachusetts and New Jersey which has impacted thousands of early-career and developing clinicians. I am now actively exploring opportunities to transition into a role where I can blend my clinical expertise with my love for education, program development, and problem-solving within the healthcare landscape. I am particularly passionate about improving the system for patients while reducing burnout for healthcare professionals.
