In the Planning and Development Services, Sustainability Planning department of the County of San Diego, I\'ve gotten the opportunity to expand my community outreach skills. Specifically, I have created Social Media posts and Newsletter articles for the department, sharing updates to the San Diego community about the team\'s progress on the Climate Action Plan (adopted in 2024). As a member of the team, I\'ve also been able to go into the community, helping facilitate the Do-It-Yourself Sustainability Toolkit Pilot Program.

Motivated by a passion for equity, youth empowerment, and policy reform, I work at the intersection of advocacy, education, and community engagement.Currently pursuing a B.A. in Sociology and Political Science at the University of San Diego, I’m deeply interested in how systems shape individual opportunity—and how we can reimagine them to be more just. In my role as a Fellow for California College Corps, I support initiatives focused on economic mobility and social justice, contributing to programs that uplift underserved communities.With experience in writing, editing, public speaking, debate, and project management, I bring a strong voice and organized approach to every space I’m part of. My goal is to continue bridging policy, storytelling, and grassroots action to drive lasting, inclusive change.
