ABOUT JUSTINE MURRAY
Justine Murray serves as the Executive Director of Public Affairs at the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce, where she plays a key role in advancing the Chamber’s policy and advocacy initiatives at the local, state, and federal levels. She has firsthand involvement in legislation impacting the business community, advocating for policies that promote job growth and economic opportunity, while opposing those that threaten regional competitiveness. Justine oversees the Chamber’s Public Policy Committee, comprised of the region’s top-level executives, and provides strategic direction for the Chamber’s six policy subcommittees. As a policy leader in the organization, she ensures the business community not only has a seat at the table, but also plays a leading role in shaping policy at every level of government. A dedicated advocate for business, Justine is proudly committed to making the San Diego region the best place to live and work. Justine earned her MPA from San Diego State University in 2024, and her BA in History with a minor in Politics from UC San Diego in 2018.
