Recruitment coordination and administration Supporting a team of recruiters with EMEIA hires for Apple Marketing & Creative Services teams. Coordination of the recruitment experience for candidates, agencies, hiring managers and the recruitment team: interview scheduling, travel booking, agenda management, rooms and facilities administration, meeting and greeting candidates, recruitment trackers, etc. Working directly with third party provider of candidate background screening services. Managing the Right to Work process for new employees in partnership with different teams. Supporting recruitment agencies with the invoice process. Working on a day to day basis with a global team and other coordinators (team support and project management). Managing/delivering the onboarding experience and the training for new coordinators. • Internship & Development programmes Managing the application & interview processes for different internship & development programmes. The missions include: Assessment of existing internship recruitment process. Research to determine the most productive use of advertising resources. Job posting. Candidate selection: CV reviews, video interviews & assessment days. Administrative & logistic preparation for assessment days (up to 45 candidates per day across 12 different roles).
