The Morgan Adams Foundation funds kids’ cancer research. We raise awareness of, and educate our communities about, the need for pediatric and young adult specific cancer treatments.Working with leading researchers and physicians, we fund new and innovative ideas that will improve cancer treatment effectiveness, overall outcomes, survival rates and quality of life while minimizing the devastating side effects current treatments have on our children.Through careful consideration and placement of our funding, we encourage and support research intended to improve treatment effectiveness, treatment outcomes, and the quality of life for children battling cancer.With the help of our amazing donors and generous event sponsors, we are able to make a difference.• Responsible for both new business development and the stewardship and growth of a current portfolio of partnerships which provide funding for our mission (including sponsorship, retail campaigns, corporate employee volunteerism and corporate giving campaigns, and other partnerships)• Develop and execute unique, engaging fundraising strategies to raise – annually from corporate and community partners• Work to enthusiastically grow additional avenues of revenue• Oversee stewardship activities; ensure a high-touch response rate and a high level of customer service to sponsors and community partners• Creatively originate, research, pursue and secure appropriate new partnership opportunities• Develop revenue projections and provide financial analysis on all partnerships• Serve as a member of the development team, influencing and driving relationships and best practices to accomplish financial goals• Work with high-level volunteers to cultivate new resources and partnerships• Demonstrate integrity, collaboration and stewardship• Represent the Foundation at corporate partner and community networking events and host outreach events.
