I have over 25 years experience in buying, selling, investing & leasing all types of properties in SC, NC, NY, NJ & PA & have expanded my business to the Carolina\'s since 2020! I have been around the world of construction my whole life through having a family of general contractors performing all stages of home renovations. I can help make any crazy situation seem normal. As a native New Yorker & former New Jersey resident, I understand the stressful issues that emerge when moving to a new state or just down the street.\"Going through the process personally, now gives me the opportunity to make it much smoother for my clients.\" I relocated to Myrtle Beach during a pandemic and thought ok the world isn\'t crazy enough right now.let\'s do this! I quickly learned about the community and all that NJ living has to offer and have now been living through learning again to do the same here in SC! I have been an active member of our prior school board & athletic clubs in addition to sports groups and raised over throughout my volunteering and coordinating multiple large & small scale events! I love the challenges! I had worked part time for the NJ Bd of Ed as a para and love helping and inspiring children & young adults with special needs learn and develop socially and educationally by using a hierarchy of prompts method.
