Skilled in C/C++, STL, MFC, C#, assembly language, circuit board design, databases, and Atmel AVR. Strong engineering professional with a Bachelor of Science (BS) focused in Mathematics and Computer Science from University of South Carolina Upstate.I design, implement, and support various software and hardware systems in a manner that efficiently utilizes resources such as cost, CPU time, memory, and size. I typically write in C/C++, but I have often utilized various assemblers and C# as well to write code that meets the conflicting requirements of good, fast, and cheap.

As a member of the development staff, I develop solutions that aid others in the organization to access, report, migrate, or transmit data. I chiefly use C# for this, but when code already exists or it is easier to use something else I have utilized C++, Java, and Python. Some of the larger projects have included-Scorecards - this was a very large system running in the cloud that graded health providers based on the outcomes of their patients. This utilized mostly Java and Python-Machine Readable Files - part of our organization functions as a health network (inVio). For each group coverage offered, an \"MRF\" must be provided that outlines what is covered and the pricing structure charged for covered procedures. This was written in C#-DICOM conversions - we replaced our Agfa PACS system with one from Philips. Most of the data were able to be converted by Philips, but they were unable to do the dictation audio from where the radiologists spoke their impressions from a study. This project took the DICOM *.dcm files and extracted the dictation audio into *.wav files. This was written entirely in C++-AI assistant for our various knowledgebase collections such as the HR policies. The implementation uses OpenAI on the Microsoft Azure platform to do natural language queries against various documents used to form the knowledge vectorization for the AI engine.
