Drawing from his 11+years working as an executive/legal assistant in the entertainment industry, Justin Paxton founded Rogers Hollow Consulting with two visions: to support individuals and businesses in achieving their most efficient and effective potential and to be diverse, equitable, and inclusive. As a small, queer-owned business, Rogers Hollow Consulting strives to be socially conscious and foster an environment where “all ships rise together.” We provide administrative, operational, and assistant services to individuals, small businesses, and start ups. We work in teams to ensure not only the client\'s success, but also growth and development of our employees and contractors. Typically, we provide each client with a team manager, team lead, and support member to ensure there is never a time when a client goes without coverage. We trust experts to do their jobs and reflect this in our team structure as well. Objectives needing the most expertise are done by the teammate(s) with the most applicable experience. Our specialties are foresight, delegation, management, and execution. We ensure teammates are fairly compensated. If the client pays a higher rate, the rate for teammates doing the work also scales up. Additionally, we pay our international teammates at least 200% the average rate in their country.
