Our Intention- Paying it Forward- Personal Growth- Physical Fitness- Well Rounded Nutrition- Avoidance of Sugar- Emphasis on Honesty, Spiritual Growth, Education- Building Daily Routine- Using our own person growth then to help someone else grow!There is a superhero in each one of us and it is possible through physical fitness, meditation, spiritual development, discipline and meditation to achieve this! I promise. More to come soon. Just have faith. I am still doing my research and am in my early R&D stages I guess but as I move along with this journey I promise to share information. I am looking into app concepts. And more! Timeline appears is showing app development to begin in October 2019.I am working with organizations around the city to implement service projects, as well as fun fitness oriented activities. The idea of the SuperMe Foundation™ is to build each-other up, in order to help those who are truly in need. There are millions of people, who need your help!
