I oversee programs across 13 states and 25+ initiatives, working at the intersection of philanthropy, business strategy, and community partnership to ensure our investments translate into long-term impact. At the core of my work is a belief that thoughtful, well-executed programs can change individual lives while strengthening entire communities.Throughout my career, I’ve led enterprise-wide initiatives spanning community relations, philanthropy, employer brand, Human Resources, talent development, and associate experience - always with a focus on people-first leadership, operational discipline, and sustainable growth. I’m known for translating vision into action, building strong cross-functional partnerships, and guiding complex initiatives from concept to execution with accountability and clarity.I bring a leadership style grounded in empathy, active listening, and high standards.    As Director of the East Region for the Lennar Foundation, I provide strategic leadership for the Foundation’s philanthropic mission across a regional multi-state footprint, advancing initiatives that create meaningful, measurable impact in the communities Lennar serves. My role is centered on translating purpose into action by overseeing regional operations, scaling programs, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring our investments help improve the community by driving long-term outcomes.Reporting to the Chairman of the Lennar Foundation, I oversee the strategy, execution, and operational performance of the Foundation’s Eastern Region portfolio, spanning 13 states and 25+ active programs. This includes developing and leading our Career Skills Training Programs, Homeless Rehabilitation Programs, and other mission-aligned initiatives focused on workforce development, housing stability, and economic mobility.Headquartered in Miami, I oversee the Foundation’s East Region, spanning from Florida up to New York/New Jersey. In addition to regional programming, I also assist our homebuilding divisions with localized community support efforts, including our annual Focused Acts of Caring program. Additionally, I lead many of the Foundation’s back-end processes including data tracking, annual reporting, and program organization. To remain aligned, I collaborate cross-functionally across Lennar’s corporate business units and executive leaders, other nonprofit partners, external community leaders, and internal stakeholders to guide programs from concept through execution, with an emphasis on accountability, storytelling, and sustainable growth. My work ensures alignment between Lennar’s business strategy, philanthropic priorities, and community commitments.As the Lennar Foundation continues to expand the program footprint, I remain focused on disciplined program governance, team leadership, and advancing Lennar’s values through philanthropy that delivers real results.
