My focus is all about delivering top-notch customer service—keeping borrowers in the loop every step of the way so they know exactly where things stand with their loan. I’m always tracking the status of each loan to make sure we hit those closing deadlines without a hitch.I love collaborating with the team, bringing a positive vibe while working together to meet our goals. Staying digitally organized is second nature to me, and I thrive on managing a busy pipeline of loans, whether they’re FHA, VA, or Conventional. It’s all about listening closely, thinking critically, and finding smart ways to meet the underwriter’s conditions.Communication’s my strong suit—both written and verbal—and I’m self-motivated to not only hit performance targets but also make sure every borrower walks away happy. Working remotely? No problem. I’ve got the focus and drive to keep things moving forward, no matter where I’m at!
