ABOUT JUSTIN RIVERA

I help organizations make sense of their data. As a Sr Data Analyst at ConMed, I design and refine analytics solutions that uncover performance insights, strengthen operational decision-making, and elevate BI practices across the organization. My work focuses on building reliable data products and enabling teams to understand not just what is happening, but why it matters.Since joining ConMed, I’ve help to enhance high-visibility dashboards—modernizing visual design, improving analytical depth, and incorporating predictive forecasting using multi-year historical data. These updates have helped shift key stakeholders from reactive reporting to more proactive, insight-driven planning.My background spans both corporate and mission-driven analytics. At KPMG, I improved the delivery and accuracy of 250+ annual financial reports through workflow redesign and automation. I also led national nonprofit analytics engagements, applying Power BI, Alteryx, and text analytics to support DEI strategy, resource planning, and community impact.I’m currently completing my MS in Business Analytics at the University of Florida, developing advanced skills in SQL, Python, data engineering, BI systems, and statistical modeling. I’m passionate about pairing technical rigor with strategic insight to help teams operate more effectively and make better data-informed decisions.
